:D "I know I know" your saying Not Again, well anyway i found a 1979 Dime
that look's like a double strike or should i say double die, any one wanna help :D? :D

I don't collect error coins or know much about them but that 1979 dime does indeed look like a doubled die. I think you would get better responses to a thread of this type on Cointalk.org as there are a lot more collectors of error coins on that website.

It looks like mechanical doubling to me, I don't see any notching or splits, just shelf doubling. but I could be wrong.

At first i was thinking the same but looking at that T and the 1979 and the R
says something els like it could be just could be a double die.

If you keep looking for this kind of stuff and eventually you will find one.:wink:

Either way, the R in liberty is pretty odd on this coin.
